Pinnaroo is major centre for the surround Murray Mallee wheat, barley, sheep and farming area.
First settled in 1869, it has become a traditional rural township with quaint buildings, wide streets, friendly locals and has a natural underground water supply which helps with market gardening of potatoes and onions in the region.
It's a great place to take a break, refresh yourself and grab a coffee or lunch at the Pinnaroo Bakery, 12 Railway Terrace South.
